товар отримав через 15 днів на новій почті, пластина пластмасова не жорстка, стимулює тримати плечі рівно, сам корсет непоганий можна брати . (звісно хотілось щоб корсет сам тримав спину і був з металевими вставками але це вже інша ціна.) на зріст 183 см. та вагу 85 кг. можна брати і менший розмір але потрібно буде сильно натягувати шлейки
